Adapted from BA Spicy Salmon Bowl — swap sriracha for miso
— Broiler, ~20 min. Mix miso + mayo, spread on salmon, broil 8 min. Over rice + avocado + cucumber.
What We Learned
- Started too ambitious — suggested Halal Cart Chicken (rejected: too many components)
- Needed diversity — need 3 different cuisines
- Real sources matter — don't make up recipes
- Easy swaps work well — "swap sriracha for miso" on a known recipe was a hit
- Always leave one slot for Molly — she often has a meal planned
- Pasta must be hearty — chicken + veg or pureed veg sauce
