🍣 Meal 3 — Miso-Mayo Salmon Rice Bowls
Adapted from BA Spicy Salmon Bowl — swap sriracha for miso
— Broiler, ~20 min. Mix miso + mayo, spread on salmon, broil 8 min. Over rice + avocado + cucumber.


What We Learned

  1. Started too ambitious — suggested Halal Cart Chicken (rejected: too many components)
  2. Needed diversity — need 3 different cuisines
  3. Real sources matter — don't make up recipes
  4. Easy swaps work well — "swap sriracha for miso" on a known recipe was a hit
  5. Always leave one slot for Molly — she often has a meal planned
  6. Pasta must be hearty — chicken + veg or pureed veg sauce
